David is the Lead Technology Partner for the Victorian Government Account, with more than 28 years of technology experience working within State and Federal Government, as well as industries such as Financial Services and Telecommunications. David has spent the last 12 years focused on government technology services, delivering ‘smart’ citizen-focused solutions.

He has a proven track record of leading technology services in critical government areas, across both advice, leadership and delivery of critical systems, working at the highest levels of Government. David has extensive experience leading solution design, delivery implementation work and technology leadership roles over the past 25 years, including large scale IT delivery across technology and operational services and new agile, as-a-service delivery.

Having worked in Europe, UK, Japan, China and America, David brings experience of leading large multi-national teams in the delivery of IT and Operational Services, both in a distributed model integrating offshore and onshore delivery.
