Lauren Jackson

As the National Lead Partner of KPMG Learning Services in Australia, Lauren drives the end-to-end learning proposition in major transformation work with her clients. She focuses on learning transformations scaled to reshape large workforces to help achieve their business goals.

Lauren has more than 20 years of commercial and consulting experience. She provides insights into the successful delivery of programs for both the UK and Australian government, and private sector clients. In supporting the people component of major transformation initiatives, Lauren encourages people to learn so that behaviour change is real and lasting. An energetic and pragmatic leader familiar with and confident in complex and ambiguous situations, Lauren is able to build long-term relationships with her clients.

While working with KPMG in the UK, Lauren successfully led a bid to design and deliver a high impact learning and leadership program for a UK government agency responsible for delivering skills and training to over 450,000 UK civil servants. This program delivered flexible, modular, and digitally enabled learning.
