Cath has held a wide range of roles over the years in internal audit, risk management, governance and assurance. Most recently, she led the Independent Program Monitoring and Assurance role for the Department of Human Services over a significant Service Delivery Reform Program.
Her work has taught her the value of self-awareness. “If you want to lead a client, you have to lead yourself first.” Being authentic is also critical. “You have to be real when you’re in the business of consulting.”
Cath loves a good laugh, has a strong belief in the arts, and an ardent passion for rugby union.
