Rochelle Hawkins

She works closely with many of her clients to develop and review Safeguarding practices and requirements including implementation of the recommendations from Royal Commissions, development of quality standards and compliance audit programs.

Rochelle has a strong background in health, ageing and human services and has developed a strong understanding the key processes underpinning a sound approach to organisational safeguarding, alongside an appreciation of what is effective, and what is not.

In her role, Rochelle has overseen the delivery of large scale audit, risk and compliance and quality programs providing her with an understanding of better practice an how to effectively implement safeguarding and change in a sustainable manner. She brings the benefit of this experience when approaching all engagements.
