Amanda is National Managing Partner for Client Experience & Brand. Amanda is responsible for leading and managing brand, marketing, partnerships & sponsorships, relationship programs, and design and delivery of our voice of client programs at KPMG Australia.
For more than 20 years, Amanda has been speaking directly with consumers across Australia and has been at the forefront of seeing changing consumer behaviour and expectations. “I’ve seen brands have to entirely pivot the way they communicate, operate and deliver to customers as consumer expectations continue to increase – and I don’t see the pace of change slowing at any stage soon.”
Previously, Amanda was founder and managing director of Acuity Research & Insights, one of Australia’s leading boutique market research consultancies, which was acquired by KPMG in 2017. She worked closely with some of Australia’s leading corporations to help them gain better consumer understanding and drive strategies for customer growth, engagement and retention.
