Robert’s key skills cover a broad range of privacy topics, including designing and implementing Data Protection & Privacy compliance frameworks, embedding Privacy by Design through governance, policy and practical organisations measures, cultural uplift and change management, data breach response, Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA), regulatory audits, privacy risk management, privacy rights management and regulator interactions.

Robert supports clients across a range of industries, including Higher Education, Automobile, Software and IT, Healthcare, Retail, Banking & Finance, Legal Services and Startups.

He is a local Knowledge Net Chapter Chair for the International Association of Privacy Professionals, where he engages local Privacy Professionals to organise knowledge-sharing and networking events.

Prior to working at KPMG, Robert worked in industry as the Data Protection Officer for one of the UK’s largest Social Housing organisations, and in Melbourne where he managed the global Privacy uplift program of a leading cosmetics company spanning 23 countries.
