Paula Gilardoni is a partner in KPMG Law. She helps clients anticipate, adapt and respond to changes in the regulatory environment, focusing on building systems and solutions to address a variety of commercial and legal risks.
Paula has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including banking, insurance, payments, energy, media, food and beverage, manufacturing and health. Her work covers the full regulatory lifecycle, from law and industry reform to regulatory strategy, compliance, enforcement and investigations.
She also advises on regulatory approvals, APRA and ASIC licensing, ACCC authorisations and merger clearances. She has advised clients in their dealings with ASIC, the ACCC, APRA, AUSTRAC, OAIC and the RBA.
