Rita is passionate about helping organisations bring their social purpose to life – along with building understanding, enhancing and measuring their social impact. She specialises in designing strategies and innovative programs that enable organisations to create long term social change and strengthen their social licence.
She helps businesses to engage deeply and meaningfully with their stakeholders to identify and prioritise the issues that they can make a positive impact on, and the challenges that they should respond to.
Rita joined KPMG after four years with Banarra, and was previously with Westpac Group, leading the design of their Social Change Fellowship, and acting as senior advisor on Westpac Foundation’s investment in social enterprise.
