Melanie helps clients transform their front, middle and back office using KPMG's Powered Enterprise solutions. She advises on transformation acceleration for telecommunications, media, technology, FMCG, retail and industrial sector organisations.

She brings together cross functional expertise and a focus on people, process, technology and governance to support executives on their transformation journey.

Melanie has a range of experience in large organisations across marketing, product development, digital and strategy. She has led a range projects that drove change to deliver improved business outcomes.

Prior to joining KPMG in 2017, Melanie held leadership roles at a leading TMT provider and sat on the board of The Royal Hospital for Women, an area of interest close to her heart.
