Karen Devine is a Manager in the Social Media Intelligence Group. She works with clients to ensure that they remain at the forefront in the deployment of social media intelligence and lead their sector in the online space.

Karen is passionate about helping organisations understand brand perception, stakeholder perspectives, community engagement and service delivery landscapes, using social media to underpin research pieces. As part of this, she has performed ongoing industry social maturity analyses.

Her expertise includes providing intelligence, advice and counsel for clients facing social media backlash or risk-related issues, including through:
