Jane Dorter

As the Head of Insurance Claims Solutions, Jane manages a team of clinical health and technical insurance specialists that deliver collaborative programs for employers, insurance schemes and employee groups. Her focus is to drive prevention of illness and injury in the workplace and support recovery at work. Founded on aligned relationships with universities and insurers specialists, Jane’s team develop programs that concentrate on financial improvement and sustainability for illness and injury claims for her clients.

Jane has over 30 years' experience in insurance claims management, product, underwriting and workplace health, and works with Insurers both public and private. She works with clients to support responses to regulatory change and challenges, and to embed optimal risk management into Insurers' obligations against both legalisation and contractual terms. Her extensive practical experience helps clients to navigate the highly complex area of claims data, reporting and assurance needs assist across claims handling compliance.

A frequent speaker at industry forums, Jane also represents numerous industry and other health care sector representative groups on workplace health, mental health, insurance compensation and claims.
