Gayle is engaged by a range of stakeholders, including boards, business owners, government agencies, lenders, employees and shareholders. She is typically brought into a situation where it 'isn’t business as usual' and some independent expert advice is required.
Depending on the economic cycle Gayle’s experience has spanned a range of industries including retail and consumer products, hospitality, real estate, mining services and manufacturing.
Gayle is a registered insolvency practitioner in Australia and a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) and the Australian Restructuring Insolvency Turnaround Association.
She is a key partner in KPMG's multi-disciplinary Retail and Consumer Products team and regularly contributes to thought leadership and media on industry issues. Gayle is passionate about the new retail opportunities in the rapidly changing environment.
Gayle’s interest in retail extends to not-for-profit roles on the board of the Australian Sporting Goods Association and as a talent network mentor to members of the National Online Retail Association. In her spare time she has been a long-standing member of the Eastern Suburb’s largest soccer club, Dunbar Rovers FC.
