Curtis is the Lead Partner for KPMG’s NSW team. He has extensive experience working with leadership teams of major organisations to assist with the challenges of transformation.

He led KPMG’s Customer & Operations and Corporate Services practice and sat on the KPMG Australia Management Consulting Executive Committee.

Prior to KPMG, Curtis worked in senior management roles within the aviation, rail, and media industries, establishing and leading major transformation programs. He has been a member of two top 50 executive committees and chaired the management team for a global airline alliance.

In 2014, Curtis returned to KPMG and has used his extensive industry experience to support reform programs within the NSW public sector.
