Kenny is a Director with Australia's KPMG Law team. He is highly experienced in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, corporate governance and corporate law advisory.

He regularly advises local and international organisations (both listed and unlisted) on cross-border transactions, securities laws, directors duties, company formations, board compositions, continuous disclosure requirements, corporate governance compliance and other corporate law matters.

Kenny previously worked in a top-tier international law firm’s Sydney and Shanghai offices, advising on all forms of corporate transactions for both international and local clients. He has assisted numerous Australian and Chinese companies to realise their investment initiatives and to establish their offshore presences across Australia and China. He is fluent in English, Mandarin and Shanghainese.

Kenny also has in-depth in-house legal experiences, having held senior in-house counsel/specialist roles at a leading global investment bank and a major Chinese telecommunications company.
