Diana is a Director in the Enterprise division of KPMG’s Newcastle-based practice and more than a decade of experience advising on various corporate tax, finance and business strategy matters. She is passionate about helping clients succeed and achieve their goals. Her approach is to gain a deep understanding of the client’s business and objectives; she then works strategically alongside her clients bringing her professional skills and expertise to help achieve their goals.

Diana is a Chartered Accountant with specific interest and professional experience in business and corporate advisory, business strategy and growth, taxation and accounting, structuring, CFO assistance and board reporting. She brings a wealth of experience in a range of industries including real estate, building and construction, mining support services, automotive, manufacturing, logistics, IT and more.

Diana enjoys working with family groups and private corporations as she sees this sector as being the powerhouse of both the Australian economy and society. She particularly enjoys working with this group as she finds the relationships rewarding and has opportunity to bring her ideation and out-of-the-box thinking to assist her clients.
