An experienced director and management consultant, Carlo focuses on providing professional services to the Federal Government. He works across both large and mid-size agencies, and departments of state. He joined KPMG in 2001.

Carlo supports major government programs, and has experience in leading complex business transformations and government reforms. He has been deeply involved in supporting work associated with the Security of Critical Infrastructure Amendments (2020), which includes engagement across a cross-section of industry sectors. He has a proven track record of achieving strong outcomes for his clients, is a natural collaborator, and proficient at working across a variety of contexts and diverse teams.
