Director, Risk Strategy & Technology
Jo is a qualified lawyer with deep subject matter expertise in financial services. She has over 18 years of experience in risk roles for global investment banks across Asia Pacific, the US and the UK.
Her mix of technical risk capability coupled with a passion for organisational culture provides her with unique insight and ability into probing the underlying assumptions, attitudes and behaviours which make up culture and to make practical solutions to address poor outcomes.
Jo is fascinated by how people interact with one another, particularly within the workplace and how these interactions form the basis for workplace culture. She has managed a large global workforce and has a particular passion for mentoring and developing people to forge high functioning, balanced teams, with their mental health being a key consideration.
