Dorian Beaver

Dorian is a stamp duty and land tax specialist. He advises domestic and international clients on holding structures, acquisitions, disposals, restructures, and public market offerings. He focuses on sectors with investments in real assets including infrastructure, real property, energy & resources, and financial services.

With a practical and solution-oriented approach to state taxation issues, Dorian has advised on large infrastructure transactions and worked in consultation with stakeholders in policy development and tax reform.

In 2011, Dorian joined KPMG and became a partner in 2024.
