Fred has more 13 years of finance experience, including business and financial process improvements, cost reduction, financial reviews and managing and developing teams.
He understands challenges facing the finance function having completed a number of projects across industries, state governments, the Commonwealth and internationally. Typical projects include identifying and developing recommendations for potential efficiency improvements using a combination of desktop reviews, stakeholder interviews and workshops.
Fred also draws from his diverse experience managing and delivering process improvement projects across industries ranging from healthcare, oil and gas, telecommunications, education, manufacturing, retail and hospitality.
