Damian joined KPMG in March 2020 as a Partner in Management Consulting. He leads KPMG's Health service line in Victoria where he advises on operational strategy and performance improvement initiatives in health. He is an experienced healthcare executive who has worked in both the public and private not-for-profit sectors for over 22 years.

Damian has the ability to identify strategic imperatives and implement the required operational improvements to achieve the desired goal. As an experienced public and private sector health care leader, he has a demonstrated ability to manage large and diverse health care teams.

Prior to KPMG, Damian spent 10 years in the public sector at Barwon Health where he was the General Manager Surgical Services after commencing as their Chief Information Officer. He worked as the Executive Director of the Freemasons Hospital and was subsequently appointed as the CEO Epworth Geelong where he oversaw the construction and commissioning of the new Greenfields hospital. During his time at Epworth, Damian had operational responsibility for radiation oncology and medical imaging services.
