In FY23, KPMG Australia continued to evolve its maturity to address modern slavery risk.

KPMG Australia’s approach to identifying and managing the risk of modern slavery is guided by our commitment to respect human rights across our operations and supply chain.

In our fourth annual Modern Slavery Statement, we are pleased to be able to demonstrate progress across key areas of good practice, including stakeholder engagement, monitoring, and human rights risk assessment.

There is a significant global trend towards greater transparency, human rights-related reporting requirements, and business accountability. KPMG Australia has been a strong advocate for human rights due diligence requirements in Australia. We believe that respecting human rights across all our business activities helps uphold KPMG Australia’s core values and achieve our vision of creating long term, sustainable value for society.

KPMG Australia’s Modern Slavery Statement addresses the mandatory criteria outlined in the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth) and outlines our forward commitments for the year ahead.
