We pursue a “listening strategy” in order to hear what our people say about how we can create a diverse and dynamic environment that is a great place to work and grow.
Our “listening strategy” comprises our annual Global People Survey/Global People Survey Pulse and other reviews that we conduct throughout the year and forums where we have two-way discussions and feedback. Our people can comment on anything of interest to them, including leadership, client service, colleagues, training and personal development. Then at KPMG we make decisions on people initiatives informed by feedback.
