Gonçalo Traquina is a Partner in the Digital and Customer Transformation practice. He has more than 20 years of experience in the financial services sector. Gonçalo is based in Dubai and specializes in banking, insurance and payments. His areas of expertise include business strategy, digital enablement and transformation, customer experience, operational transformation, financial management and IT transformation.

Prior to joining the Dubai office, Gonçalo worked with KPMG in Europe and in another Big Four consultancy. He has worked in multicultural markets across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Africa, supporting major and middle sized banks and insurance companies.

Gonçalo holds an MBA, a post graduate degree in Financial Institutions Management and a degree in Economics from Nova School of Business & Economics.
