Shamit Shailesh

Shamit is a Director in our Audit team, after joining KPMG Lower Gulf in 2007. He has worked across various industries, including Telecommunication, Media and Technology. Shamit has also worked with family groups, including consumer and industrial markets and the leisure industry. Shamit has been involved in auditing large multinational conglomerates, both as a group and component auditor. In addition to IFRS, he also has experience auditing clients reporting under US GAAP. Shamit is also the audit methodology training specialist at KPMG Lower Gulf. In this role he delivers training on our audit methodology to audit partners and managers in the firm.
