Benjamin Sargent

Ben has over 25 years of experience in Defense & Security and working with the Aerospace & Defense industry. His expertise is built on extensive experience delivering complex organizational change and capability delivery in both the military and commercial sector. This includes a successful military career with the UK Armed Forces, firstly as an Air Force pilot and then as a senior officer with responsibility for delivering a range of major procurement programs. As a consultant, Ben has led digital and HR transformations, set up Defense-focused innovation solutions, and led optimization projects across the UK Armed Forces, Police, Critical National Infrastructure and the International Defense Industry.
