Nick has specialized in forensic accountancy for over 16 years, primarily conducting high profile financial investigations into fraud and corruption offences for the UK government and private sector clients. Nick is a Chartered Accountant and the lead for Contract Compliance services for KPMG in the Lower Gulf region. Nick has been appointed as the Crown’s expert accountant in criminal fraud proceedings and has given oral evidence before the Crown Court in the UK both as an expert and as a witness of fact. Prior to joining KPMG Forensic Nick was a Principal Investigator with Fraud Office; the UK’s leading department for investigating and prosecuting serious and complex fraud and corruption. Nick has undertaken numerous relevant engagements and has experience in contract compliance engagements with many Oil & Gas majors, Steel industry, Supermarket retailers, food retailers .
