Morsi Berguiga is a Partner in KPMG’s Advisory team. He brings more than 20 years of management consulting and industry experience spanning Europe, the Middle East, North Africa, the USA and Asia. Morsi’s expertise includes network industries and he specializes in the transportation and telecommunications sectors. His functional proficiency comprises corporate strategy, digital strategy, technology and innovation management, investment management and sectorial regulation with a focus on emerging topics such as industry convergence, innovative business models, digital disruption and smart cities.
Morsi joins us from a global management consulting firm where he was responsible for developing their transportation practice in the Middle East, working with pre-eminent clients in public transportation, logistics and aviation. He has led large-scale projects related to transformation, infrastructure investments and integration and digital innovation. Before moving to Dubai in 2014, Morsi was a Director in the Secretary General for Investment of France and responsible for the digital economy stimulus program under the Prime Minister’s Office. He started his career in France working for global strategy and management consulting firms advising clients in the telecoms, media and technology sectors.
Morsi holds a Master’s degree in Engineering from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and a Master’s degree in Network & Computer Science from ENSTA Paris. He has also been a visiting research assistant at the Australian National University.
