Who we are

The KPMG member firm in the UAE, along with the Oman member firm, form KPMG Lower Gulf. Established in 1973, KPMG Lower Gulf consists of 1,700 staff members, including about 190+ partners and directors. KPMG Lower Gulf provides audit, tax and advisory services to a broad range of domestic and international clients across all sectors of business and the economy. We work closely with our clients, assisting them in mitigating risks and highlighting opportunities.

KPMG is widely represented in the Middle East region, with offices in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Egypt, Kuwait, Lebanon and Jordan.

The KPMG network includes approximately 236,000 professionals in over 144 countries around the world. KPMG was the first major firm of its kind to organize itself along industry lines—a structure which enables us to develop in-depth knowledge of our clients’ businesses and provide them with an informed perspective.

Our Emiratization initiatives highlight our commitment to work closely with the local community and support the nationalization program of the UAE government. These take the form of new graduate programs and student internship programs for UAE nationals.

KPMG Lower Gulf is closely collaborating with Abu Dhabi Global Market Academy (ADGMA), the Abu Dhabi Human Resources Authority and Abu Dhabi Accountability Authority to deliver the Pre-Audit Qualification Training (PAQT) program. In its first year, it will provide more than 90 UAE nationals with the essential knowledge and training to succeed in this field, and contribute to the growth and development of the local economy.
